4. ניכוי ההחזר
סכומים שעל המוסד לשלם לפי תקנות 2 ו־3, לפי הענין, ינכה המוסד כאמור בסעיף 3א(ה)(3)(ג) שבחוק, מהסכומים שגבה כדמי ביטוח בריאות לפי פרק ג׳ לחוק.
