14. הסכם התקשרות
בעל זכיון ימסור לכל מבקש עותק של הסכם התקשרות אחיד שבינו לבין כלל המנויים או סוגים שלהם; הסכם התקשרות אחיד כאמור טעון אישור המועצה; נחתם הסכם התקשרות עם מנוי ימסור לו בעל הזכיון עותק חתום של ההסכם.
