15. חובת קיום שידורים
בעל זכיון יקיים את השידורים ויספק שירותי שידור למנוייו באורח תקין, סדיר ויעיל, במסגרת הזכיון שניתן לו ועל פי התקנות והכללים שנקבעו לפי החוק.
