1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”גפ״מ“ – גז פחמימני מעובה כהגדרתו בחוק הגפ״מ;
”חוק הגפ״מ“ – חוק הגז הפחמימני המעובה, התשפ״א–2020;
”מיתקן גז טעון היתר“ – כהגדרתו בחוק הגפ״מ;
”מערכת הביטחון“ – כהגדרתה בסעיף 69 לחוק הגפ״מ;
”מפעל חיוני“ – כהגדרתו בחוק שירות עבודה בשעת חירום, התשכ״ז–1967;
”המנהל“ – מנהל מינהל הדלק במשרד האנרגיה והתשתיות;
”ספק גפ״מ“ – בעל רישיון ספק גז כמשמעותו בסעיף 2 לחוק הגפ״מ;
”צרכן“ – צרכן גז כהגדרתו בחוק הגפ״מ.
