בתקנות אלה –
”הועד“ – ועד נאמנים שמונה לפי סעיפים 29ב או 29ח לחוק או חבר נאמנים שמונה לפי סעיף 29י לחוק;
”השר“ – שר האוצר או מי שהסמיכו לענין תקנות אלה.
