6. תקן
תיקון: תשל״ג
(א)מנהל הרשות, לאחר התייעצות עם ועדת השירות הפנימית, יערוך רשימה של המשרות בשירות הרשות על הדרגות הצמודות להן (להלן – תקן) ויביאה ליושב ראש הרשות לאישור.
(ב)הוראות תקנה זו החלות על הצעת תקן יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים, על הצעת כל תיקון או שינויים בתקן.
