6. סימון בשר שנבדק
(א)בשר שנמצא לאחר הבדיקה ראוי למאכל אדם, יסמן הרופא הוטרינרי הבודק את כל רבע של גופת חזיר הבר בתווית סימון כאמור בתוספת השניה שעל כל אחת מהן, כשבצד אחד המלים ”בדיקה וטרינרית“ ושם הרשות המקומית ובצד השני – ”נבדק ואושר“.
(ב)בנוסף לסימון לפי תקנת משנה (א) תוטבע חותמת שלוש פעמים על כל חצי גופה בנפרד באזור קרומי החזה והבטן לפי הדגם שבתוספת השניה.
