1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בעל מניה“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 177(1) לחוק;
”דיבידנד“ – לרבות מניות הטבה;
”המועד הקובע“ – המועד האמור בסעיף 182(א) לחוק;
”חברה“ – חברה אשר הון מניותיה כולל מניות רדומות;
”יום עסקים“ – יום שבו רוב הבנקים בישראל פתוחים לקהל;
”מניות רדומות“ – כמשמעותן בסעיף 308, לרבות מניות כאמור בסעיפים 181, 333 ו־340 לחוק;
”מסלקת הבורסה“ – מסלקה של בורסה בישראל.
