בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 239 לפקודת המכס, וסעיף 2 לתוספת לפקודת תעריף המכס והפטורים, 1937 (להלן – התוספת), אני מורה לאמור:
1. רשימון לטובין המסתווגים בפרט מותנה
הרשימון שנקבע לטובין המסתווגים בפרטים מותנים, סימנו מב/7 כשהוא מודפס בצבע ורוד, כאמור בתוספת לצו המכס (הטפסים הדרושים לביצוע הפקודה), תשכ״ט–1968.
2. רשימון לטובין מסויימים
על אף האמור בסעיף 1, יוגש על הטובין המפורטים להלן, טופס שיורה עליו גובה מכס, מעת לעת, כשלצד כותרתו של הטופס ייווספו, בידי מי שהגישו, המלים ”פרט מותנה“:
(1)טובין המסתווגים בפרט 201 לתוספת;
(2)טובין שלא יובאו במסגרת יבוא מסחרי.
3. השם
לצו זה ייקרא ”צו המכס (רשימון על יבוא טובין המסתווגים בפרט מותנה), תשל״ג–1973“.
