בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 95(א) לפקודת המכס, אני מצווה לאמור:
1. קביעת מחסן מכס
מחסן G AND B אשר בבעלות חברת אלול טכנולוגיות בע״מ ומר סטרלינג גרוסמן, המוחזק בידי מדינת ישראל, יהיה מחסן מכס, לגבי טובין שבבעלות מדינת ישראל בלבד, כל עוד קיים בו שטח נפרד שבו מאוחסנים טובין שבבעלותה של מדינת ישראל.
