בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 99 לפקודת המכס והסעיפים 14(א) ו־2(ד) לפקודת סדרי השלטון והמשפט, תש״ח–1948, אני מצווה לאמור:

מחסן 5 שבבניני תחנת הרכבת בירושלים הוא מחסן מכס.

תחילתו של צו זה היא ביום י״א בתמוז תשט״ו (1 ביולי 1955).
3. השם
לצו זה ייקרא ”צו המכס (קביעת מחסן מכס) (ירושלים), תשט״ו–1955“.
