בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיפים 4 ו־5 לחוק החניכות, תשי״ג–1953, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. תקופת החניכות
תיקון: תשכ״ח
תקופת החניכות במכונאות רכב – מכוניות היא שלוש שנים.
2. גיל והשכלה מינימליים
תיקון: תשכ״ח
(א)הגיל המינימלי לחניכות במקצוע מכונאות רכב – מכוניות הוא ארבע עשרה שנה.
(ב)ההשכלה המינימלית לחניכות במקצוע מכונאות רכב – מכוניות היא סיום החינוך היסודי כמשמעותו בחוק לימוד חובה, תש״ט–1949, אולם לנער שניתנה לגביו הצהרת חניכות עד י״ג בתמוז תשכ״ב (15 ביולי 1962) מספיק סיום שש שנות לימוד בכיתות א׳ עד ו׳ ועד בכלל.
3. השם
תיקון: תשכ״ח
לתקנות אלה ייקרא ”תקנות החניכות (מכונאות רכב – מכוניות), תש״ך–1960“.
