בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיפים 4 ו־5 לחוק החניכות, תשי״ג–1953, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. תקופת החניכות
תקופת החניכות במלצרות היא שנתיים.
2. גיל והשכלה מינימליים
(א)הגיל המינימלי לחניכות במקצוע מלצרות הוא:
לנערות – 16 שנה;
לנערים – 15 שנה.
(ב)ההשכלה המינימלית לחניכות במקצוע מלצרות היא סיום החינוך היסודי כמשמעותו בחוק לימוד חובה, תש״ט–1949.
3. השם
לתקנות אלה ייקרא ”תקנות החניכות (מלצרות), תש״ך–1960“.
