קיבל עובד או שוטר, או שאין של עובד או שוטר, פיצויים לרגל פרישה משירות של העובד או השוטר, יחולו עליהם הסעיפים 1 עד 3 מהחודש המתחיל אחרי יום הפרישה, והגימלאות המגיעות להם יקוזזו עם הפיצויים האמורים.
