1. הגדרות
בכללים אלה –
”אתר הדיווח“ – כהגדרתו בתקנות ניירות ערך (חתימה ודיווח אלקטרוני), התשס״ג–2003;
”עוסק בלא רישיון“ – גורם המנוי בסעיפים 3(א)(14)(א) עד (ו) לחוק;
”קרן כספית“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 3(א)(14) לחוק.
