12. הכרעה בהערות בעל זכות במקרקעין
(א)הוגשו הערות בעל זכות במקרקעין, כאמור בתקנה 6, תבחן רשות הרישוי את ההערות ותכריע בהן במסגרת החלטתה בבקשה.
(ב)הכריעה רשות הרישוי בהערות שהוגשו, תשלח למבקש, לעורך הבקשה ולמגיש ההערות החלטה מנומקת.
