1. השמוש בשפוט בארץ נכריה
מותר לה להוד מלכותה המלכה להשתמש בכל שפוט שיש לה עתה או שיהא לה בעתיד בארץ נכריה, וליהנות ממנו בצורה מלאה ושלמה כאילו רכשה הוד מלכותה אותו שפוט מכוח ויתור על הארץ ההיא או מכוח כיבושה של אותה ארץ.
