2. השמוש בשפוט על נתינים בריטיים בארצות שאין בהן ממשלות מסודרות
ארץ נכריה שאינה כפופה לממשלה שהוד מלכותה המלכה יכולה לקבל מידה שפוט בצורה האמורה בחוק זה הרי בתוקף חוק זה יהא להוד מלכותה שפוט על נתיני הוד מלכותה המתגוררים באותה שעה באותה ארץ או השייכים לה, ואותו שפוט יהא שפוט של הוד מלכותה בארץ נכריה בגדר שאר הוראות שבחוק זה.
