3. תקפן של פעולות שנעשו עפ״י השפוט
כל פעולה או דבר שנעשו לפי כל שפוט שיש להוד מלכותה בארץ נכריה, כוחם יפה כאילו נעשו לפי החוק המקומי שהיה נוהג באותה שעה באותה ארץ.
