9. הסמכות להעביר שפוט לבתי משפט בריטיים במשפטים המצויים בהיקף חוק השפוט בארצות נכר
מותר להוד מלכותה במועצה להעביר ולהקנות, עפ״י דבר מלך, לכל בית משפט שבמושבה בריטית או המתכנס בהורמנא של הוד מלכותה, כל שפוט, אחד פלילי ואחד אזרחי, בין כבית משפט מקורי ובין כבית משפט לערעורים, אשר מותר להעבירו או להקנותו עפ״י כל דבר מלך לכל בית משפט בריטי בארץ נכריה, ולהתקין אותן הוראות ותקנות שיישרו בעיני הוד מלכותה במועצתה, בענין איכופם וביצועם של פסקי דין וצוויים ופקודות של כל בית משפט ובענין ערעורים עליהם.
