8. תקפם של חוקים שהוחקו עפ״י דברי מלך במועצה
כשדבר מלך במועצה שניתן עפ״י חוק זה מתיר לכל בית משפט בריטי בארץ נכריה לצוות להעתיק או לגרש כל אדם מאותה ארץ, הרי אותה העתקה או אותו גירוש וכל מעצר לצורך זה, לפי הוראות דבר המלך במועצה, יהיו חוקיים ממש כאילו היה צו בית המשפט עומד להיות מוצא לפועל כולו באותה ארץ.
