156. חובת ביצוע בדיקה פיסית לרכב לשם עריכת שומת רכב
שמאי רכב לא יערוך שומת רכב אלא על סמך בדיקה פיסית שערך לרכב; השר רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין אופן ומועד ביצועה של הבדיקה הפיסית.
