11. ביטול פטורים והקלות
במתן שירות שלגביו התעורר חשש להלבנת הון או למימון טרור, לא יחולו פטורים והקלות, אם ניתנו לפי סעיפים 6 ו־8 ונותן השירות ישקול, לפי מידת הסיכון להלבנת הון ולמימון טרור, את ביטול ההקלות, אם ניתנו, לפי סעיפים 5(ו), 7(ג) או 10.
