138. שירותי הצלה וכיבוי אש
לא יפעיל בעל רישיון את שדה התעופה אלא אם כן מתקיימים אלה:
(1)בשדה התעופה ניתנים שירותי הצלה וכיבוי אש, אם בידי בעל הרישיון ואם בידי מי מטעמו;
(2)מי שנותן שירותי הצלה וכיבוי אש, ממוקם ומצויד בצורה מתאימה לשדה התעופה, ובכלל זה שתחנת כיבוי האש ממוקמת בשטח שדה התעופה.
