163. הגנה על מיתקנים מחוץ לשדה התעופה
בעל רישיון יקיים אמצעי הגנה מתאימים להרתעת מי שלא הורשה לכך, מפני כניסה מקרית או מכוונת למיתקנים קרקעיים החיוניים לבטיחות הטיסה הממוקמים מחוץ לשדה התעופה ולמניעת כניסה כאמור.
