169. איסור העסקת מי שלא קיבל הדרכת חומרים מסוכנים
לא יעסיק בעל רישיון עובד, ולא יתיר לאחר להעסיק עובד, בתפקיד ביטחוני בשדה התעופה אלא אם כן אותו אדם השלים בהצלחה אחד מאלה, לפי העניין, לפי סימן זה:
(1)הדרכה ראשונית לחומרים מסוכנים;
(2)הדרכה תקופתית לחומרים מסוכנים.
