16. הסדרי עישון
(א)קברניט של מכלית חייב לקבוע באזור המבנה הסגור של המכלית מקומות המותרים לעישון; מקומות אלה יסומנו בצורה מתאימה.
(ב)לא יציג אדם אש גלוייה ולא יעשן על סיפון מכלית או בסמוך לה, אלא במקומות המותרים לעישון.
(ג)לא יציג אדם אש גלוייה ולא יעשן על סיפון כלי שיט או במרחק שלא יקטן מ־50 מטר מכלי השיט בעת הזרמת השמן.
