32. חובת התראה
בעת הזרמת שמן יודיע קצין המשמרת בכלי שיט או האחראי במסוף או בדוברת הדלק למוסר השמן –
(1)בעוד מועד ומוקדם ככל האפשר כי נדרשת האטה בקצב הזרימה או הקטנת לחץ במשאבות;
(2)לפחות 15 דקות מראש כי בכוונתו להורות על הפסקת הזרמת השמן.
