בתוקף הסמכויות המסורות לי בפסקא (ה) מסעיף קטן (2) של סעיף 14 מפקודת הנמלים, 1926, הריני מתקין בזה את התקנות דלקמן.
לפי פקודת הנמלים (תיקון), תש״ט–1949, בכל מקום בו נאמר ”פקודת החופים“ קרי ”פקודת הנמלים“ ובכל מקום בו נאמר ”רשות החופים“ קרי ”רשות הנמלים“; בהתאם, כל מקום בו נאמר ”חוף“ קרי ”נמל“.
1. השם
תקנות אלה תקראנה ”תקנות נמל חיפה (תקנות רחצה), 1934“.
2. איסור
לא יתרחץ אדם בתוך נמל חיפה או במים הסמוכים לחומת המים הראשית או הצדדית.
