438. קבלה ונתינה

לענין סימן זה, קבלת דבר – בין שעברה הבעלות בדבר אל המקבל ובין שלא עברה, בין שהדבר נתקבל בשביל עושה המעשה ובין בשביל אחר, בין בידי עושה המעשה ובין על ידי אחר; ונתינת דבר – בין לעושה המעשה ובין לאחר.
