439. הונאת נושים
תיקון: [תשכ״ג] [א/304]
(א)הנותן במתנה או מוסר או מעביר או משעבד נכס מנכסיו או גורם לאחת מאלה, בכוונה להונות נושה מנושיו, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים.
(ב)המוכר או מסלק חלק מנכסיו אחרי התאריך שבו ניתן נגדו פסק דין או צו לתשלום כסף שלא קיימם, או תוך חדשיים לפני התאריך האמור, והכל בכוונה להונות נושיו, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים.
