תיקון: תשפ״ד
היה לראש הרשות יסוד סביר להניח כי אדם הפר הוראה מההוראות לפי חוק זה, כאמור בסעיף 23כו, והתקיימו נסיבות שקבע שר המשפטים, רשאי ראש הרשות למסור למפר הודעה בכתב על אפשרותו להגיש לראש הרשות כתב התחייבות ולהפקיד עירבון לפי הוראות סימן זה, במקום העיצום הכספי שניתן להטיל עליו לפי הוראות סימן ב׳.
