תיקון: [תשמ״א], תשמ״ב־3, תשמ״ז [213]
בעבירות לפי פקודת התעבורה או התקנות לפיה, פקודת העיריות ופקודת ביטוח רכב מנועי [נוסח חדש], התש״ל–1970, בעבירות שנקבעו כעבירות קנס, או לפי חיקוק אחר ששר המשפטים, באישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, קבע לכך, רשאי שר המשפטים לקבוע בתקנות סדרי אישום והמצאת מסמכים אף בסטיה מהוראות חוק זה.
