תיקון: תשס״ט
מי שנותן שירותים כאמור בסעיף 14ב, יציג במשרדיו, במקום בולט לעין ובאופן ברור וקריא, מפה מפורטת של בית העלמין, בחתימת נציג המוסד לביטוח לאומי, שבה יצוינו הגושים והחלקות בבית העלמין, לרבות השטחים המוגדרים שבהם רשאי נותן השירותים לגבות אגרת שירותים ותשלום אחר, בקשר לקבורה ולהקמת המצבה, נוסף על דמי הקבורה לפי חוק הביטוח הלאומי [נוסח משולב], התשנ״ה–1995.
