היתה הבקשה לפי תקנה 116 או 117 לעיין בפנקסי הבנק או בפנקסי עסקים, רשאי בית המשפט או הרשם לא לצוות על עיון אלא על מתן העתק מהרישום בפנקסים, כאמור בתקנה 115(ב).
