כתב בי־דין שהופק במערכת ממוכנת והוא טעון לפי תקנות אלה חתימת יד פקיד בית משפט, יראוהו ככתב בי־דין חתום כנדרש, אם הודפסו בו שמו ותפקידו של הפקיד, והדבר ישמש ראיה לכאורה לנכונות האמור בו.
