50. פקיעת כהונה כחבר מועצת הבריאות
חבר מועצת הבריאות יחדל לכהן לפני תום תקופת כהונתה של מועצת הבריאות באחת מאלה:
(1)התפטר במסירת כתב התפטרות ליושב ראש מועצת הבריאות;
(2)אם נתמנה בהיותו עובד המדינה – פרש או הושעה מן השירות;
(3)אם נתמנה בהיותו עובד, חבר או ממלא תפקיד בגוף מסוים – סיים עבודתו או חדל להיות חבר או חדל למלא אותו תפקיד באותו גוף.
