51. העברה מכהונה
מי שמינה או שבחר חבר למועצת הבריאות רשאי להעבירו מכהונתו לפני תום תקופת כהונתה של מועצת הבריאות באחת מאלה:
(1)נבצר ממנו, דרך קבע, למלא את תפקידו;
(2)הוגש נגדו כתב אישום בשל עבירה שלדעת היועץ המשפטי לממשלה יש עמה קלון.
