(החל מיום 5.9.2027): לא יעסוק אדם ברעלים אלא בהתאם לדרישות שקבע השר בתקנות לפי סעיף 12 לעניין ניטור, דיגום, דיווח, רישום ותיעוד ושמירתם של רישום ותיעוד כאמור.
