6. החסנת רעלים
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(א)רעלים יאוחסנו תחת מנעול ובריח ויישמרו בנפרד מחמרים לא רעילים.
(ב)על מכלים וצרורות המכילים רעלים יותוו ברורות שמו של החומר והמלה ”רעל“ בעברית, בערבית ובאנגלית.
(ג)לא יאוחסנו, לא יוצגו למכירה ולא יימכרו צרכי מזון או משקה בבית עסק רשוי לסחר ברעלים; הוראה זו לא תחול על רוקחים מורשים לגבי מכירה בצרורות חתומים של צרכי מזון פטנטיים או צרכי מזון שהם מייצרים ומוכרים.
