תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(החל מיום 5.9.2027): רעל שהוא בעל תכונת סיכון ייארז, יסומן, יוחזק ויאוחסן בהתאם להוראות שקבע השר בתקנות לפי סעיף 10(3) או 12; בידי המחזיק ברעל כאמור יימצא גיליון בטיחות המכיל מידע שקבע השר בהוראות כאמור לגבי הרעל, תכונותיו והשפעותיו, הסיכונים הנובעים ממנו ודרכי מניעתם; גיליון בטיחות יהיה ערוך בהתאם להוראות שקבע השר כאמור.
