תיקון: תשס״ו
כשיר להתמנות כמנהל הרשות הממשלתית אזרח ישראלי ותושב ישראל שמתקיימים בו שניים אלה:
(1)הוא בעל תואר אקדמי בתחום עיסוקה של הרשות הממשלתית, מאת מוסד מוכר, כמשמעותו בסעיף 9 לחוק המועצה להשכלה גבוהה, התשי״ח–1958;
(2)הוא בעל ניסיון מצטבר של חמש שנים בתפקיד בכיר בתחום הניהול של תאגיד בעל היקף עסקים משמעותי או בתפקיד בכיר בשירות הציבורי.
