93. הנהלה ומשמעת של משטרה שהוכרזה ככוח צבאי
השר ושר הבטחון רשאים, באישור ועדת החוץ והבטחון של הכנסת, לקבוע תקנות בדבר הנהלתה ומשמעתה של משטרת ישראל או חלק ממנה שהוכרזו כאמור בסעיף 92, וכן להחיל עליהם את הוראות חוק השיפוט הצבאי, תשט״ו–1955, כולן או מקצתן, בשינויים שייקבעו, והוראותיה של פקודה זו יוסיפו לחול עליהם בכפוף להוראות התקנות לפי סעיף זה.
