92. משטרת ישראל ככוח צבאי
(א)בעת מלחמה או בשעת חירום אחרת רשאי השר, בהסכמת הממשלה, להכריז כי משטרת ישראל, או חלק ממנה, תהיה כוח צבאי העשוי להיות מועסק בתפקידים צבאיים להגנת המדינה.
(ב)האכרזה תציין את התחומים ואת התקופה שבהם תועסק המשטרה או חלק ממנה כאמור.
(ג)שוטרים שהאכרזה חלה עליהם יחזיקו, בנוסף על דרגותיהם המשטרתיות לפי פקודה זו, בדרגות צבאיות כפי שיקבע השר בצו.
