תיקון: תשס״ט
עסקה שלא לפי הוראות חוק זה שנעשתה במיטלטלין שעוקלו, בטלה כלפי מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל וכלפי הנאמן האמור בסעיף 24, אך אין בהוראה זו כדי לפגוע בהגנה הניתנת על פי כל דין לרוכש מיטלטלין בתום לב.
