תיקון: תשנ״ב
הוראות סעיפים 38(ג) ו־39(ב) לענין משכון יחולו אף על משכון שנרשם לפני תחילתו של חוק הערבות (תיקון), התשנ״ב–1992, ויראו את הסכם המשכון ככולל הוראה שהחייב לא יהיה מוגן לפי סעיפים 38(ג) ו־39(ב).
