תיקון: תשל״א, תשס״ט

(ג)טען צד שלישי לזכות במקרקעין שאינה רשומה, רשאי רשם ההוצאה לפועל לעכב מכירתם כדי לאפשר לצד השלישי לפנות לבית המשפט לענין זכותו; ורשאי רשם ההוצאה לפועל להתנות את העיכוב במתן ערובה להנחת דעתו.
