3ב. תחולת הוראות מחוק בתי המשפט
תיקון: תשע״א־5
הוראות סעיף 104 לחוק בתי המשפט יחולו על רשם הוצאה לפועל ועל הדיונים לפניו, בשינויים המחויבים, ואולם על אף האמור בסעיף 77א(ג) לחוק בתי המשפט, ערעור על החלטה של רשם הוצאה לפועל לפי אותו סעיף יוגש לבית משפט שלום וידון בו נשיא בית משפט השלום או שופט אחר שהנשיא קבע לכך.
