3ב1. סמכות רשם לסיים דיון
תיקון: תשע״ב־4
רשם הוצאה לפועל שתקופת כהונתו הסתיימה מחמת מינויו לרשם בית משפט או לשופט בית משפט, יהיה מוסמך לסיים דיון שהחל בו בתוך שלושה חודשים מיום שהסתיימה תקופת כהונתו כרשם הוצאה לפועל.
