74יט. יחידה מיוחדת
תיקון: תשנ״ד־2
יחידה מיוחדת של משטרת ישראל תופקד על ביצוע צווי הבאה וצווי מאסר לפי חוק זה (להלן – היחידה המיוחדת); המפקח הכללי של המשטרה יהיה רשאי לשם כך לגייס ולהעסיק שוטרים ביחידה המיוחדת, כדי שישרתו שירות מיוחד זה בלבד, ככל הנחוץ לביצוע תפקידי היחידה המיוחדת, והכל במימון כספי הקרן המיוחדת לפי סעיף 74כא.
